I am in beyond perturbed with this company 's lack of accountability & professionalism.
The unit that was advertised stated that it had a full service kitchen. However, the stove did not work or the oven due to electrical issues that we're far beyond my control.
After speaking with their management, nothing was was done to accommodate me or to resolve the issue. Although, I was told that a maintenance or repairman would l come by the unit. No one ever came.
I was repeatedly told that someone from the management team would contact me. I only got correspondences via text stating what would NOT DONE instead of what could've & should've done.
My expenses to stay here exceeded $700...
Of which $200 was paid to the technician I CALLED (Because "the management team" didn't MANAGE ANYTHING).
THEY ignored my issue, and are NOW ATTEMPTING to penalize me for attempting to fix it!
Thet SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT ... the stove was still inoperable when I checked out. And NO one contacted me as promised.
I am DEMANDING a REFUND for the repair man (I PAID FOR) that diagnosed the electrical & safety issues regarding the stove. And a partial refund of at least $200 for the inconvenience.
