Quaint "cottage" like feel. Bedroom is roomy (yellow rm). Quiet despite being on a busy road. Kim was very inviting and friendly. There is an exterior light at the front of the house that comes on and off all night but other than that, comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The property was clean , specifically i like the bathroom and shower. The place is noisy because of car passing and windows are not double glasses. The floor in masterbedroom which we were made noises when you walked on it. Needs fixing. There was one standing cabinets to hang up our clothes, but it was locked and we could not use it.There are one cat at home. We saw a dog with the owner but we did not see him during our one night stay.

House sits on a busy road, very noisy inside the front bedroom. No headboard for the bed ( bed is up against cold windows) which made it very uncomfortible to sit up in bed. Lots of dust, and clutter on the front porch and in the front room.Did not look as clean as the photos. Did not know there was a cat in the house, which I am allergic to.Dog will run up and bark at you as you enter in an unfriendly way, then ran around barking later in the evening when you are trying to relax. Did not get a good rest before an early flight.

The Tampa Heights Bungalow is a lovely home with a very friendly and kind owner. Kimberly was so accommodating, funny and very easy to work with. She had so many nice touches around her home that made it cozy and inviting. We highly recommend it!

This is a perfect little spot tucked within minutes of downtown Tampa. My room was great and the host is wonderful.
