Wir hatten durch eine kurzfristige Planänderung dieses Hotel gebucht. Leider haben wir im Stress die Rezessionen der anderen Besucher nicht gelesen. Das war ein riesen Fehler! Ich empfehle ebookers, diese Unterkunft aus dem Angebot zu nehmen. Wir sind jedenfalls nach der ersten Nacht ausgechekt und ins Holiday express nebenan gezogen. In solch extremen Fällen, sollte aus meiner Sicht Ebookers Kulanz zeigen und eine Stornierung ermöglichen! Das war wirklich Horror!
