The Space:
Pardon our Progress! For the next few weeks the resort is undergoing renovation. Although the work will be conducted during limited hours, our prices have been discounted due to any inconvenience you may experience

One of the few private, corner condos with 180 degree views of the breathtakingly blue, crystal waters of Tampa Bay, this newly updated second floor 1 BR/ 1 BA suite provides you with an escape to paradise. With one queen sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, the suite can accommodate 4 guests, featuring a full kitchen and full bath. Both cable and internet are provided. As you begin your adventures every morning, guests can enjoy sipping coffee from our complimentary coffee station while taking in the panoramic views of the bay on the balcony or from inside. This incredible oasis can be all yours.

Guest access:
Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down!

Located right on the bay side of Tampa, we are only short walk/drive to many local attractions:

- 0.5 to a Grocery Store;
- 1 mile to Tampa Bay water access
- 3.5 miles to Tampa International Airport;
- 8.5 to Downtown Tampa and University of Tampa;
- 9 miles to Tampa Convention Center;
- 15 miles to Busch Gardens;
- 15 miles to Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium;
- 20 miles to Downtown St.Petersburg with a vast array of museums and galleries including The Salvador Dali and the Chihuly Collection
- 80 miles to Orlando’s Theme Parks.

Getting around
Uber or Lyft are the best modes of transportation in the area. You can also rent a car and drive your own.

Getting Around:
For the fitness people, besides the outdoor gym offered on the premises, there is a walkway/ bike path that runs parallel to Route 60 and right along the water, offering a beautiful view while burning the calories. Why not let someone else do the driving and arrange an Uber or Lyft? 5 minutes from TPA, or a short drive to many Tampa Bay attractions.
