The post office wasn't too far away, and neither was the Costco or Walmart. You did have to drive a bit to get to the good restaurants in the area. The hotel didn't have shower gel, but I did bring my own. I thought they had a complimentary breakfast, but I was mistaken; I had to pay. So, I went to Walmart and stocked up on yogurt, milk and ceral, life was good.

The parking lot is very well illuminated, but considering that the blinds one the room windows are sheer, your room will be blinded with lights. If you have a hard time sleeping in the equivalent of daylight conditions, stay somewhere else. There is no way to block the very bright parking lot lights from your room.

There are no anti-slip features in any of the tubs. My 88 year old father was traveling with us and while he had a room with grab bars in the bathroom, anti slip features in the tub would have been a welcomed safety feature. However, the hotel is new and beautiful and the staff is amazing. We would stay here again without a doubt.
