lovely stay! wish we were there longer!

wonderful, spacious room with a balcony overlooking the most gorgeous view of the water. we had a sauna in our bathroom & also a half bath which was great for our family of 4. wifi was spotty, so that was a challenge, but loved the convenience store in the lobby and the breakfast options were incredible.

Wonderful Tampere-experience

This was honestly one of my best hotel experiences. Location was perfect, facilities (services, parking et al) were top notch and room was almost perfect. The only minor remark is that there's a little bit noticeable wear and tear, but nothing serious.

Dont think I visit anymore. Soap was ran out from dispenser, no toilet pot brush, matresses dirty and omnious yellow stains. Spa swimming pool too small and some of the pool services did not work. Some of the staff seemed rude, but thats quite normal attitude to Tampere hotels.

Huone hyvä, pysäköinti hyvä. Kaikenkaikkiaan yleosarvosana hyvä :). Hotellin ainoan avoinna olevan ravintolan asiakaspalvelu oli tylyä. Ilmeisesti henkilökunta oli väsynyt tai muutoin huono päivä. Tulimme ravintolaan 6.1.26 klo 17:32. Tiskillä ollut henkilökunnan jäsen suhtautui meihin tylysti. Hän keskustelu väsyneesti ja kärsimättömästi. Meille jäi tunne, että oli meidän virheemme tulla ravintolaan. Kiirettä kovasti ja paljon asiakkaita. Ikävä tilanne hänen kannaltaaan. Huone oli hieno ja siisti. Vastaanotossa ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vierailusta jäi kuitenkin ontto fiilis, kaikessa tunnuttiin säästävän ja kokemus jäi kaupallisen koneiston alle. Kylpylässä (eritoten porealtaat) oli kylmää vettä, ilmasto myös kylmä, joten tästä harmitti maksaa ja no, jäätyä. Aamiainen oli myös huono; kaikki kasvikset jäätyneet/ nahistuneet, epäsiistiä siellä täällä ja astiat likaisia.

Paikka hyvä ja auton saa lähelle. Viihtyisä ja mukava. Hyvä pitseria. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Paikalla asuvat romanit aiheutti epämukavuuden tunnetta pihamaalla. Romanimies huusi pihalla lapsilleen täysillä. Perääni myös huudettiin näytät muulilta kun kiirehdin nopeasti ohi. La iltana olisi hyvä olla paikalla erityinen järjestysmies jos erikoisia asiakkaita tiedossa.
