The service at the reception was slow at times. At breakfast I didn´t like the way white bread should be cut by the customer with the knife . I had some problem with my hand and could not do it. There were no ready-cut slices of white bread. The same with tea - only tea packed in plastic which was hard to get open.

Aamupala oli mahtava ja ruoka muutenkin hyvää. Sekä positiivinen yllätys että oli pöytävaraus aamiaiselle kun mieheni oli pyörätuolissa. Invahuoneetta emme saaneet mutta onneksi huone toimi paitsi suihkuun ei päässyt

Kind personal. In spite of the nearess of the station the room was very quiet. Good trsnsport connections/ tram. Good parking facilities.

Keskeinen sijainti hyvä, kalliiksi hinnoiteltu aamiainen ei ollut hintansa arvoinen ja sen puuttumisessa huoneen hinnasta oli huijauksen makua. Ilmastointikoneen ujellus vie hotellin tason alle ilmoitetun luokituksen.
