Lovely clean and quiet room with a view! The bed was good and very comfortable. On the other hand, the two little chairs in the room were not and I was hoping there had been at least one comfortable chair to sit in. Also the table was ridiculously small for the size of the room. The flooring material was not nice and felt more fitting for an economy hotel rather than a luxury suite. Parking was an extra fee but very convenient.

My stay here was wonderful! Clean, amazing location, very safe, wonderful breakfast! Wish I could have stayed longer. The only hiccup I had was the parking. They do have limited onsite parking, but I didn't get what space I should park in, so I parked in the wrong area and had to move my car. But, other than that I would most assuredly go there again, or try out one of their other locations! THANK YOU!

Hotelliin saapuminen ja ohjeet hyvÀt sekÀ tiedottaminen aamupalan muutoksesta plussaa. Aamupala oikein hyvÀ ja yleiset tilat siistit. Itse huoneessa oli todella kylmÀ, patteri oli tÀysin kylmÀ. Tuntui veto todella vahvasti eikÀ auttanut huoneenlÀmmön sÀÀtely. Useamman tunnin huoneessa olo ei vaikuttanut lÀmpötilaan. Soitettiin pÀivystÀvÀÀn numeroon kun peiton alla tovin jo tÀristy, ei annettu ohjeita kun sÀÀtÀÀ ilmastointia ja laittaa verhot kiinni (jotka tietysti oli jo kokeiltu). Hotelli tÀynnÀ joten huoneen vaihto ei onnistunut, olisi voitu tarjota vaikka lisÀpeittoa. Yö ei siis mennyt kovin mukavasti.

Henkilökunta otti ajoissa yhteyttÀ ja korotti huoneluokkaa. Syy tÀhÀn jÀi vÀhÀn epÀselvÀksi, mutta oli todella positiivinen yllÀtys. Aamupalan yhteydessÀ hotellin henkilökunnan toimesta pyydettiin henkilökohtaisesti palautetta ja tarjottiin mahdollisuutta kertoa puutteista. Puutteita ei ollut. Yleisesti: SisÀÀnkirjautuminen oli todella sujuva ja parkkipaikka vastasi tosi hyvin omia tarpeita. Aamupala oli juuri valmistettua ja tosi maistuvaa. Ammattitaitoinen tarjoilija tervehti hymyillen ja huolehti, ettÀ kaikki sujuu hyvin. Koko vierailun osalta hotellilta aivan tÀyden kympin suoritus ja hinta oli paljon verrokkeja edullisempi. Varmasti yövyn tÀÀllÀ uudestaan.
