Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomainen, sisĂ€tiloiltaan hiljainen majapaikka upealla nĂ€köalalla. Alue ruuhkainen areenan tapahtumien aikaan ja hieman ”kryptinen”, vaati etsimistĂ€ löytÀÀ talon sisÀÀnkĂ€ynti. Kohde oli erittĂ€in lapsiystĂ€vĂ€llinen: kĂ€ytettĂ€vissĂ€ oli matkasĂ€nky ja syöttötuoli, ja vaunut mahtuivat asunnon eteiseen. Pesukoneen pÀÀllĂ€ olisi jopa voinut vaihtaa vauvan vaipan! Korkean talon toinen hissi oli rikki, ja hissiĂ€ joutui vĂ€lillĂ€ odottamaan aika kauan. Ilmeisesti talossa majoittui lĂ€tkĂ€turisteja, joten hissitrafiikkia oli paljon. Miinusta mikron puutteesta – olisi useimmiten tĂ€rkeĂ€mpi kuin uuni.
