Tilat olivat hyvin remontoidut ja siistit mutta todella kolkot. Huonekorkeus oli korkea, suuret ikkunat suoraan kadulle, ja viereen pysäköivien autojen musiikin luukutus kuului suoraan läpi. Myös keittiötilan jääkaappi melusi läpi yön ja asialle ei voinut tehdä mitään. Aamupala oli ihan ok, vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja oli tarjolla. Yhdellä bussilla pääsi melko nopeasti keskustaan.

Olemme halunneet säilyttää vanhan tehtaan hengen ja remontoineet ne industrial-tyyliin, joka ei valitettavasti miellytä kaikkien silmää. Pidin studiomaisuudesta, eli jääkaappi, astian- ja pyykinpesukone sekä ruokailuastiastot löytyivät. Myös kylpyhuone oli tilava sekä suihku mahtava (iso sadesuihkunpää). Isot ikkunat joissa kaihtimet sekä pimentävät verhot oli myös plussaa. Studion sekä hotellin tyyli oli hieno ja viihtyisä. Pidin myös mahdollisuudesta mennä mihin aikaan tahansa kuntosalille ja ruokakauppa vieressä oli myös hyvä! Hotellissa järjestettiin myös miesten ja naisten saunavuoroja ja pidin vaihtoehdosta! Hotellin ympärillä oli myös hienon näköisiä lenkkeilymaastoja sekä porrastreenimahdollisuuksia. Myös uimaranta löytyy ihan läheltä. Sänky vaikutti inan verran kovalta ensin, mutta itse nukuin. Vaimolle sen sijaan se oli liian kova. Myös kahdella tyynyllä nukkuneella yksi tyyny vaikutti liian pehmeältä mutta nukuin sillä kuitenkin hyvin. Vaimo tarvitsi lisätyynyn ja sellaisen hän myös sai. Huoneessa oli lisäpeitto vain valmiina.

Siistiä ja puhdasta huoneessa. Sängyn patja melko kova. Hotelli oli melkein tyhjä eli todella hiljaista. Huonekäytäviä ei oltu hetkeen imuroitu; paljon irtokiviä.
