不推介住宿

一個單位兩房一廳 可以瞓八個人 單位比較陳舊 雖然有廚房 但係只有一個電磁爐可以用 冇check in counter 要打電話聯絡屋主 但係 打幾次電話都線路繁忙 聯絡唔到屋主 幸得附近店舖職員熱心幫忙 最後攞到入屋鎖匙 否則唔知點算 所以不推介

Gute Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet

Das Apartement ist relativ neu und für Malaysia in einem ziemlich guten Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet - insbesondere für Mädchen. Es liegt direkt vom dem Nachmarkt, ist jedoch nicht laut bis auf die üblichen Geräusche von Mitbewohnern. Der Empfang ist etwas umständlich geregelt, da man erst zu einem anderen Block fahren muss, mit eigenem Fahrzeug jedoch kein Problem. Parken ist unproblematisch im Basement mit Key-Karte möglich. Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Leider befand sich im Apartment an Messern lediglich ein einziges wenig scharfes Küchenmesser - ansonsten fehlte es beim Besteck / Geschirr für 4 oder 8 Personen an nichts. Ein paar Messer wären zum Frühstück jedoch praktisch gewesen. Das WLAN ist zwar vorhanden, die Verbindung jedoch so schwach und langsam, dass es kaum dazu reicht, E-Mails herunterzuladen. Es werden keine Handtücher gestellt, was zum einen etwas unpraktisch ist, wichtiger aber ist das vorab nicht darauf hingewiesen wird - erst in einer nachgeschobenen "Hinweis"-Email, mit der versucht wird, zahlreiche weitere Konditionen zu erwirken (u.a. soll das Verrücken der Möbel verboten werden), was jedoch m.E. rechtlich nach abgeschlossenen Vertrag nicht möglich ist, da dies eine einseitige Vertragsänderung darstellt, die schon gar nicht durch reine Kenntnisnahme bewirkt werden kann. Ansonsten gibt es keine Beanstandungen, das Apartment kann für 4 Personen empfohlen werden - mit mehr dürfte es etwas eng werden, wobei 8 tatsächlich möglich wären.
