1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room) on. By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms, without any air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location.
