Chalet "Makaau - Praz De Lys" with Mountain View, Private Terrace, and Wi-Fi

Welcome to Chalet Makaau Mont Blanc. Located in the Praz de Lys ski resort, this spacious and comfortable chalet features a warm mountain atmosphere. In summer, it sits on a beautiful alpine plateau at 1,450 m altitude, offering many hiking opportunities. In winter, the alpine ski slopes are just 350 m away. A free shuttle is available, and cross-country skiing starts right at the chalet. Enjoy views of the Mont Blanc range from this 110 m² semi-detached chalet (two independent chalets under one roof).



The chalet has a converted attic and is in the heart of Praz de Lys Sommand. On the ground floor, there is a garage-laundry room and a ski storage area. Upstairs, the equipped kitchen opens onto the living room (TV, DVD, Hi-fi) with access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 double bed), bedroom 2 (1 double bed), bedroom 3 (1 double bed), bathroom (bathtub), WC. On the upper floor: bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm, TV), bedroom 3 (3 single beds 90x190 cm, TV, DVD), bedroom 4 (1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower, WC).
