In warmer weather, open the sliding doors, fire up your gas grill, and dine outside in the mountain air on your furnished back deck. Additionally, as this home is located at the Northridge Community at Camelback, you and your guests can enjoy a variety of seasonal amenities with the Pocono premium outlets, Camel beach waterpark, Kalahari waterpark, Great Wolf lodge and multiple state parks all nearby.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Overall, this is a clean property in a GREAT location relative to the resort, and we appreciated the property manager checking in on us during our stay and allowing a late checkout due to extraneous conditions.There are a few things I wish we had known prior to arrival. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 55 degrees and took a very long time to warm up. The wood stove was out of service, and one of the floor heating units in the living room was not working, which made that area uncomfortably cold and limited our ability to use it.Additionally, the downstairs toilet was not working; while this wasn’t a major issue since there are two other bathrooms, it’s still worth noting.The property is located in an area with only one way in and one way out, which resulted in sitting in traffic for over two hours to travel just two miles. After speaking with locals, this is apparently common on weekends.Lastly, we left to go into town around 10:30 Sunday morning. Since this is an HOA community and a ski resort area, we expected the roads to be treated, but they were in very poor condition. We witnessed three accidents just driving down the road, and the incoming roads were closed all day due to the number of accidents. Resort shuttles were also out of service. This was surprising given there were only a couple inches of snow—not a major storm.Despite these issues, the property was clean, well-located, and the management was responsive and accommodating--indicating 4 stars.

The house was nice, very clean and well taken care of. My only two complaints are the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom did not work and you cannot use the fireplace, which is a bummer in the winter returning from skiiing.

Average place to stay.

We found a few kitchen items that needed cleaning before using. Texted owners but their 3rd party was answering. Our neighbors 2 doors away were so loud for 3 nights. Texted owner as rules were “quiet after 10.” 3rd party said there was nothing they could do as the visitors were not part of their listing. One night they were up until 4:30. So frustrating.
