사전에 미리 연락하여 도착시간을 체크하여 얼리 체크인을 가능하게 해주었고 숙박시설 및 여행에 대한 정보를 상세하고 친절하게 큰 도움을 주었음. 위치 또한 관광에 최적의 위치여서 도보로 다 다닐 수 있음. 호텔방 시설도 기대 이상으로 훌륭하고 쾌적했으며 세탁기가 방에 있어서 밀린 빨래까지 할 수 있었음. 덕분에 카타니아에 대한 좋은 인상과 추억을 가지게 되었음
