Summary:

Come enjoy this unique & historic adobe building with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 7 guests. Located on the South East side of Taos gives you easy access to Angel Fire, so you have two options on where to Ski or Mountain Bike! It is expertly designed with local touches as well as modern amenities! .



Other Things to Note:

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Arrived after dark. It was cold so searched for thermostats. Nothing worked. Called the property manager. He stated the boiler was broken and they had provided small space heaters. We asked for more and 3 more space heaters were provided, but it took a good 24 hours to warm the house. Got up and had to clean the coffee pot, brewed a pot, but alas there was not a single coffee cup. Lots of light bulbs were burned out with no replacements available. We would hear from the owner about heater repairman coming over, none showed. However once the temp warmed the space heaters were okay. Kitchen utensils were greasy. This was our get away time but still had to worry about cleanliness. This was unacceptable.

House was just as stated and check in/out was very easy! There is a lot of little steps in the house, very easy to get used to but just be aware if there is elderly or anyone that cannot easily go up/down stairs. This house is also at the end of the road, two dogs greeted us as we drove past them on the first drive to the house. They did not bother us after. This house also is a great spot to catch the sunrise in the morning! Location is also very close to the plaza! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a large family. Very NM. One warning….not suitable for handicapped, as there are steps between rooms, and you can’t avoid them.
