Two charming main floor bedrooms with queen-size beds share a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. The open concept grand room provides an ideal gathering space to enjoy the retrofitted gas fireplace while watching a movie, and the large, handcrafted Mexican dining table and chairs provide ample space to gather friends and family for meals or game nights. The delightful kitchen offers all the modern amenities but has been carefully preserved to maintain an original look and feel, including Stedman’s trademark dinette. A spiral staircase leads to a modern and spacious second-floor addition containing the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower and separate jacuzzi bathtub. Casa Marianna provides multiple outdoor spaces for gatherings and relaxation, including a lovely deck off the master bedroom featuring a magnificent view of Pueblo Peak, as well as a large, private backyard patio with various seating options. Off-street parking for two vehicles is available on the property.
