The room is huge (very nice), the light in shower room is not bright enough (especially the ones near mirror). Hair dryer is not strong and difficult to use Windows are dirty Carpet looks dirty

Stay was convenient as it was clean and close of the airport. However, it was odd and annoying to find out that there was no soap to wash your hands and the only way to get soap was to go down to the lobby and purchase it. Would recommend the hotel reinstates adding soap to rooms for hygiene and convenience.

The said 24 hrs airport shuttle but when we called hotel said sorry airport shuttle is only drop off not for pick up. we had to take a taxi and pay extra in the middle of the night. I said you should mention it or I would have taken a hotel much closer to the airport or the one with shuttle service. There was no dining options no food near by since everything was closed by the time we arrived. It was not cheap either.

First thing I noticed when we arrived at night was how dirty the windows were in the lobby and then when we got up to our room same thing. Looked like they had been washed in years. The room was all carpeted which didn't look that clean, but it was very good size. I walked the area in the morning within a few blocks. There was very little to see. Used the shuttle to go back to the airport to catch the train and all worked fine.

The room is clean and comfortable good size ,but the lobby is very simple, they put lots round table for dining, looks very ugly and unprofessional, no space for customer, they should reorganize.

It's just an ok stay

It was just ok. The taxi ride from the highspeed rain station to the hotel is not that close. The hotel isn't close to restaurants. The hotel staff initially couldn't find my booking and it took them a while to find the booking it's under expedia. The hotel doesn't have its own airport shuttle, it used a contracted supplier for it. The van used was old and the driver was driving it crazy fast. I would pick a different hotel next time if I need to stay in the area for a night before my flight.
