Beautiful Villa Judita with pool in Tar

Villa Judita is located in the village of Tar, in the interior of Istria. This modern 5-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 10 people and also allows pets. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area. From every corner of the villa, both inside and outside, there is a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and the enchanting surrounding greenery.



The interior of the villa has an area of 280 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a space for relaxation and dining, decorated in a modern rustic style. The living room will be ideal for relaxing in the afternoon or enjoying movie nights. A fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen invites you to prepare meals that can be enjoyed in the indoor or outdoor dining area. The room is very pleasant and airy, with wooden beams that give it a touch of warmth and stone walls that keep it cool in the summer.



Inside the villa you will find 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms. 2 rooms are on the ground floor and 3 are on the 1st floor. The bedrooms are air conditioned, bright and spacious with double beds and single beds. There are also wardrobes and chests of drawers for storing clothes and personal items, as well as desks for working from home (if you really need to work). The bathrooms are modern and fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



The villa is surrounded by a 1640 m² garden where you will find a swimming pool with sun loungers, several relaxation areas and a playground. A covered gazebo hides an outdoor dining area with summer kitchen and barbecue, ideal for evening get-togethers. On the ground floor terrace there is a small area for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee, while on the balcony there is another seating area with wonderful views of the surrounding area. And as the icing on the cake, in the nicest and largest part of the villa, overlooking the pool, there is a game room for all guests to enjoy. There is also fitness equipment for those who want to stay in shape even while on vacation.



Tar is located in the immediate vicinity of one of the most visited Istrian coastal towns - Poreč. Given that it is really close, do not miss to visit it during your stay in the villa.
