Located in the picturesque small town of Tar, just 10 km from the lively tourist centres of Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad, this newly built flat on the ground floor of the main building of a complex with 9 flats in three closely neighbouring structures offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Inside, the flat has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two connected single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen that is changed weekly. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hairdryer, toilet, washbasin with mirror and cabinet as well as bath towels, which are also changed weekly. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed for two people, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, a dining table with seating for six and a kitchenette; including two electric hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle as well as pots, plates and cutlery. From the living area there is an exit to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the pool area with garden.

Outside the flat, guests can enjoy the shared pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a garden table with Istrian stone benches. There is also a games room for children and adults with a pool table, table tennis, TV, flat screen, sofas and armchairs. For added convenience, the entire property is fenced and free public parking is available near the complex (50 metres).

There is a wide range of leisure activities in the vicinity of the flat: the tourist train station, which takes you to the sandy, pebble and rocky beaches of the tourist village of Lanterna just 3 km away, is 50 metres away. There is also a motodrome, tennis courts and an equestrian centre in the immediate vicinity. Everyday facilities such as a grocery shop, church, restaurant, pharmacy and more can be reached within 100-250 metres.
