Adjacent to this space, a fully open kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. Also on this level, the first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower, bidet, and WC, air conditioning, and a direct exit to the swimming pool.
