Beautiful house with ants in bed

Beautiful house, nice management, but the house is low maintenance. One of the bedrooms had ants which were not only on the floor, wall, but even in beds! For the 4 nights of our stay the management couldn’t make something treatable to kill insects. My kids should sleep 4 nights with ants, and one night my son was bitten until we figured what’s going on. Pool is big, but water is not filtered. No family games, no pool towels, no washer/dryer in the house. A lot of mosquitoes, we couldn’t use backyard after sunset.

Superbe villa

La propriété est très bien située et le terrain est gigantesque! L'espace extérieur est superbe et que dire de la piscine! Oscar et Marisol, qui s'occupent de la propriété, étaient disponibles si nous avions des questions. Les ados ont joué au tennis et se sont beaucoup baignés. Plusieurs oiseaux et lézards sont présents et agrémente le temps passé dehors.
