Apartment of 130 square meters triplex type on the ground floor and equipped for 7 adults or 7 adults and a child. It is located in a newly built building (2021) in the center of Tarifa, 2 minutes' walk from the historic center and 5 minutes' walk from Playa de Los Lances.



The apartment has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is modernly decorated, with great taste and detail, and is equipped with everything you need to spend a most pleasant stay in this Andalusian and cosmopolitan town on the southernmost point of Spain and facing the African coast.
