Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Los Lances beach, it has gardens and a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.It also has a bathroom with shower and a separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchenware, coffee maker and toaster. ...The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this special enclave.It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), A/C in the living room, electric radiator heating and a garage in the same building.We have 3 other apartments equal to this one in terms of decoration, size, location and benefits. If you are a group of more than 5 people or two families, you can rent several of them.

Nette Anlage. Blick auf den Atlantik. Es ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Nur die Einfahrt ist recht eng. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und recht gut eingerichtet. Für uns war es sehr praktisch, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Ruhige Lage, etwas ausserhalb des Städtchens, Meer zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar, grosser Lebesmittelladen in der Nähe. Schöne Promenade am Meer Richtung Zentrum. Wohnung gut eingerichtet, sauber. War ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Leider war der Pool noch nicht offen
