Cozy semi-detached house is located in the La Mora urbanization, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. It is distributed on two floors. On the main floor with access from the street is the kitchen, living room with access to the terrace and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms and a [hidden] can park comfortably in front of the house on the street.Distance to La Mora beach 10 min on foot. There is a small supermarket, bakery, different bars and restaurants. There is a park for the little ones.
