Set on the rolling hills above Ruby Bay, Mountain Vista certainly has the ‘wow’ factor, offering stunning mountain views. This peaceful location is only a few minutes drive to Mapua and a 15 minute walk along the Tasman Taste Trail, to Ruby Bay beach.
Modern and sophisticated open plan living area with lots of natural light, enjoy fantastic indoor-outdoor flow with large double doors opening out onto the large sunny deck; a perfect location to unwind and enjoy the surrounding views.
The modern and well equipped kitchen over looks the dining area and out over the garden to the amazing mountain views.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite. It is in a prime position taking in those lovely views.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed and access to it’s own bathroom.
Bedroom three has a comfortable sofa bed along with a desk if you prefer it as an office set up.
Mountain Vista boasts fabulous sunshine hours and natural light. The home has been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the stunning views and super location.
