This renovated farmhouse combines Breton charm with all modern comforts (sound and thermal insulation).
With its 8 beds and 200m² of living space, the house is ideal for vacations with family or friends.
The house comprises:
- 5 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 small guest bedroom with a crib.
- 2 bathrooms with bathtubs (upstairs)
- 1 toilet on the ground floor and 2 toilets upstairs
- 2 living areas on the ground floor: 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 large living room with a bar area.
Secluded from view, you can enjoy absolute peace and quiet. This unique house offers you complete privacy.
The house features a large garden with views of the Château du Taureau and Louët Island. The garden is not enclosed and opens onto fields as far as the eye can see.
