Haven at the Heights enjoys abundant sunlight throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Just a short walk away, you'll find the serene Botanical Gardens, while the vibrant town of Taupo and the stunning Lake Taupo are just a 5km drive away.



You'll stay cozy during the cooler months with a gas fireplace and heat pump with air-conditioning for the warmer months. The internal garage provides all year-round entertainment with a ping pong table and dartboard.

House Rules and Information:



Parking: 1 x internal garage parking & 3 x off street parking, including small boat/trailer parking.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
