The spa pools both private and outdoor were too low temperature. The receptionist could tell us about we could use the next hotel spa and sauna when I went to get the key for the spa just before 5pm. The sofa’s spring was noisy and uncomfortable. One of light bulb was not working. Inside drawer of cupboard was dirty and one of place wasn’t clean. Not enough coffee.

The room was very dark and dated, the couch was old and needed a deep clean. One of the bedrooms had a leak and we were moved to the Millennium. Staff were very kind and helpful. The heated pool was nice although the floor needed a vacuum.

The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The rooms could do with an update, but they were clean. There was a beautiful pool and you could order food or go to the restaurant next door, so that was handy.
