Absolutely a beautiful property, unfortunately the person on reception was trying to be as unhelpful as she could possibly be. We wanted to purchase some milk: she told use to go to the BP across the road, which we had already been to and they were out of stock which was why we went back to reception, but she wouldn’t allow us to purchase anything at any cost It was just disappointing

Nice property, just needed vacuuming properly and bathroom showers cleaned better. Bed was uncomfortable and was 2 beds joined together which a few places do also but not good. Pillowed we’re too firm / high so I ended up using a cushion instead. Otherwise nice place and really good value if more than a couple stay as had 3 bedrooms. Otherwise good.

Wonderful place to stay for a little while or an extended period. Our apartment was an upstairs lake front location and the views of the lake were incredible! The layout of our apartment was excellent with enough space in each room for storage. The bathrooms were well designed and roomy with skylight for natural light to stream through. The kitchen area had every amenity. The property is well maintained and secure. Lorraine, the manager was welcoming, friendly and very efficient. Thank you, Lorraine! Highly recommend.

The incinerator isn’t grinding well in penthouse B. Strong smell of garlic in ar4ival I used detergent to assist grind lemon and tea bags not sure if blades are missing or blunt? I will certainly come back loved it here

Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful team. The room looks over the lake and is well designed to make the most of the sunsets. Just note that it sits on a geothermal area, so you have a hot water springs and beach right in front. For winter, get the ground floor unit because it is like permanent underfloor heating! For summer, get a upper floor as it gets too warm at times on the ground.
