Offering the upstairs level with three generous bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups looking to relax in style. With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, unwind, or come together.



A dedicated pool room with its own bar provides a great space for evening drinks or friendly games, all overlooking the inviting spa pool—your spot to unwind under the stars after a day exploring Taupo. A large deck extends the living space outdoors, offering plenty of room to relax, dine, and enjoy the views.



Located just minutes from the ever-popular Acacia Bay North Beach Reserve, you’ll enjoy easy access to one of Taupo’s favourite swimming spots. You’re also just 650m from the local restaurant, The Bay Bar & Brasserie, and convenience store, and a 2-minute drive to L'Arte Cafe. Taupo's town centre is only a short 7-minute drive away.

House Rules and Information -



Parking: 2 x off street parking. Parking area needs to be shared with the downstairs permanent tenant. There is no guest access to the garage.



*Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front of the property for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.

This guesthouse offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Taupō guesthouse is smoke free.
