The French Cottage - great wifi - private and safe

The Cottage is a boutique living space, recently renovated and refurnished to a high standard, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for your stay in Taupo. Fully self contained, with a brand new super comfy bed, it is a private haven, although we`re not far away if there`s anything we can do to help. With unlimited internet, it`s own private outdoor setting, it`s the perfect option for weekend break, a longer stay, or if you`re just passing through.

PET POLICY

The Cottage is not large at all and it set up for just a coupler of guests, however we are happy for you to bring a small dog with you, but you must get approval from us first, include a pet in your booking, and agree to the following:

1. The dog must not go on the beds or furniture
2. Any doggy doo deposited in the grounds must be collected and disposed of
3. The dog must not be left alone in the cottage at any time.
4. You will pay a $45, one-off pet fee that will be included in the nightly fee by Airbnb at the time of booking. Please remember to tick the box to include your dog in your booking.
If you are wanting to bring along a pet please first read our PET POLICY, and contact us to check if we can accommodate your request.

Smoking is allow outside and away from the house. Please do not smoke near open doors or windows, and please dispose on all cigarette butts and clean out any ashtray that you may use. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $45 cost to you. If the inside of the house smells of cigarettes in any way you will need to cover the cost of having the smell removed, which is not cheap, so please adhere to the rules.
