Summary:
Located right in the middle of vibrant downtown Mt Maunganui where plenty of shopping, eateries and bars can be enjoyed, Downtown delight will be sure to cater to your holiday needs! No need for the car as Pilot bar harbour , Mauao and the surf beach are also all within walking distance. Stunning Views of the harbour and Mauao can be appreciated from the large sunny lounge. Recently stylishly refurbished inside makes for a comfortable and stress free break.

The Space:
This two level townhouse has 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor level with 1 bedroom offering 2 queen beds and a cot and the other with 2 queen beds. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet on this level. Upstairs has the master bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and living area. The spacious lounge has a lovely sunny nook which is the perfect spot to admire the stunning views of "The Mount" and Pilot bay harbour. There is use of the garage for parking one car and another parking space beside the house.

Please note that we have a strict no party policy and prefer family groups. If you are looking at booking this accommodation with a party in mind please look elsewhere. Please give details as to whether you are a family group or a group of friends and your ages please when inquiring. No groups under the age of 25.
