Summary:
The perfect holiday destination in downtown Mt Maunganui! This sunny townhouse is situated just across the road from Mt Drury park and playground and is within easy walking distance to both the main beach and the harbour. Step out of your private front entrance into the vibrant Mt Village with restaurants, cafes, bars right there. The living and kitchen are spacious with large windows overlooking the park. Enjoy one of three separate outdoor areas under the privacy of the large trees.

The Space:
Set over three levels - on the groundfloor you have one of the guest bedrooms with 1 queen and 1 single bed. Off this room is a private tree covered outdoor area - perfect for an evening BBQ. There is also a bathroom and laundry on the groundfloor level. The garage is converted into a games room where you can enjoy table tennis and darts - there is also an additional fridge in here.
The second level offers the living / dining and kitchen area which is spacious and offers a lovely view over the park across the road. There is a small balcony off the dining area.
The third level is where the master bedroom is with it's own ensuite. This is a gorgeous space with angled windows and it's own private balcony.
Parking on the driveway available for 2 cars a bonus in this downtown location.

Review of Stay at Downtown with Mt Drury views

Great location and outlook on to Mt Drury. Enjoyed watching the many people who strolled by. Very handy location for food places and walk into town. Nice layout within the house. Especially liked the main bedroom upstairs - nice bathroom and plenty of space to unpack our clothes. Some noisy cars at times but have to expect that so close to town.

Wonderful stay

We had a great few days away with the kids having such super access to the shops and food etc and being able to walk out the door with our dogs in tow, was great to have the dogs with us. House was lovely, perfect fit for us all.
