Tauranga Hospital is only a 3-minute drive, while Fraser Cove and The Strand Shopping Centres are approximately 5 minutes away.



Beautiful Mount Maunganui beaches and summit, as well as Papamoa, are all within a 10–20 minute drive, making this the ideal base for exploring the Bay of Plenty.
