Great indoor/outdoor living. All day sun. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine, barbecue and watch the sun set. Great entertainment area, fully fenced.

Backs onto one of Papamoa's walkways, only a 10 minute walk to the beach, cafe, pub, 4 square and Pap's best bakery.

Three large bedrooms. Two king and one queen bed. Master bedroom has an en-suite.
