This home is ideal for families, comfortably accommodating up to four adults, as the bunk beds are only suited for children.



On the ground floor, you'll find a converted garage with laundry facilities and a cozy queen bedroom. The second level features a bright and airy lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bunk room. The top floor is home to the master bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a single bed.



For your entertainment and convenience, the home includes a stand-up paddleboard, a kayak, and plenty of board games. You can also enjoy Sky TV, strong Wi-Fi, and a kitchen stocked with all the essentials for an stress-free holiday.



Take in a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony, where you can relax and dine or fire up the BBQ while soaking in the view. This is the ideal spot for your next beachside escape.

Please note:
- The lift is not available for guest use.
- The TV is not a smart TV but includes Sky with sports channels.
- There is no heat pump in the property.

Kindly note that Mauao and the Mount hot pools remain closed until further notice.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own
- Strictly no parties or gatherings
- No pets allowed

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
