Our room 212 looked out onto a flat roof which was full of noisy seagulls. We always stay at the Trinity and this is the first time it has been a problem. Also the decking area was closed which was unfortunate. We will still be coming back as it’s our favourite hotel in Tauranga

Well appointed spacious room as view matched what we had booked. There definitely is some strange noises at night and its odd party guests are right next to you while you are swimming. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Breakfast was well appointed, with dietary options. Luckily we didn't require a view, because it was the rear car park. It was however an incredibly long walk back to our car outside our window for the one thing we needed after getting into bed.
