Summary:

Are you a group of three travelling together to sunny Tauranga/Mount Maunganui?



'Peace by Piece Garden Retreat' (sleeps 2), & 'Tiny Knight' (sleeps 1).



Our home was designed for well-being & connection.



We invite in guests who are conscious beings, with a focus on collective ascension, in conjunction with individual contribution.



This sacred space nourishes the spirit.



We create space for creativity & growth through multiple on site activities. The people in the home create the atmosphere.



The Space:

Our sacred space holds souls with positive energy, good intention, conscious living & growth as one & as a whole while we come together to create.



Rooms available are:

PRIVATE SUITE - light & bright room with a quiet work space & private full bathroom. Great for couples or an individual who values a touch of luxury with ample space.



GARDEN VIEW - a meditation room for 1 or 2 connected closely with the natural space. Direct access to the outdoors fosters the deep connection & balance.



PEACE BY PIECE - a 1 or 2 person room for sacred retreat with rest & nourishment. Open to nature through direct deck & garden access, this space supports soul alignment.



TINY KNIGHT - a sweet little room for 1 with a valley view, the night sky & gratitude connection.



All rooms are reserved solely for the occupants & we ask that guests respect private spaces, connecting only in the shared spaces.



Indoors we have an open plan kitchen/lounge space with a fireplace, TV nook, & island for shared meals.



Outdoors we have a zen garden with sunset deck at the front. At the back is a covered deck with BBQ area & food gardens with hens for breakfast eggs included in your stay.



Activities that may be included during your stay are:

Guest Access:

Guests have their own private room, & are encouraged to connect in the shared spaces with host & other guests.



The Private Suite includes its own luxury ensuite bathroom for exclusive guest use. Standard guest rooms share a full bathroom with the host family & other guests staying in the home. The shared bathroom includes a shower, double recliner bath, toilet & vanity. If planning to enjoy a bath or use the bathroom for an extended period, we kindly ask guests to first check whether another guest or member of the household may need quick access before settling in.



Sherwood Forest is a peaceful shared family home environment centred around connection, respect, well-being & community living.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet residential neighbourhood Belleuve, Otumoetai, Tauranga



Getting Around:

By foot, bicycle, public transport (get a Bee Card), private vehicle, uber



Other Things to Note:

This is a sacred space with balance between the built & natural environments.



We have created a connection with Source through this balance & encourage those wishing to stay here to apply to see if the fit is right.



Only aligned guests will be accepted so please include an introduction about yourself & the journey you're on when you send your application message.



If your application is accepted, I will allocate the room to you which best suits your requirements.



*Note that on site we have 2 small-medium dogs, 2 cats, 7 hens & there will be other guests, & myself & my daughter (hosts) sharing the shared spaces with you. This home therefore is only suitable for guests who value this connective space & any application that does not fit will not be accepted.



Interaction with Guests:

Myself & my daughter live on site with our animals.



We are available most of the time for guest questions however I can be contacted on my phone if needed in the case of some urgency.

This bed & breakfast offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Tauranga bed & breakfast is smoke free.
