60 day minimum rental required. Recently renovated 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths unit overlooking the Bay. Enjoy the Key Largo sunset, relaxing on a screened terrace or accesible dock. This spacious condo comfortably sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Restaurants, live music, outdoor activities, and adventures for the kids all within a short drive! Bedroom 1: - Features a comfy king sized bed, full bathroom, smart tv, ceiling fan, Bayfront view, and closet space. Bedroom 2: - Features a queen sized bed, two twin beds, ceiling fan, full bathroom and closet space. Living room: - full size sofa, smart tv, and board games. Kitchen: This Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and any pans needed to make a delicious meal. Balcony: Four balconies throughout the condo with seating area. One in each bedroom, one in the kitchen, and one in the living room. Two of the balconies over look the bay. The balcony in kitchen has a barbecue for any outdoor grilling. Amenities: washer and dryer, 2 smart Tv's, Internet, 2 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Pool, hot tub, club house, fish cleaning station, ice machine, tennis courts, and pickleball courts all available to use. A 30 ft boat slip and a boat ramp available.
