The Space:

Modern coastal decorated, 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Discover the perfect blend of style, comfort and convenience in our well-kept, renovated condo. New bunk bed with queen and twin in the second bedroom. We provide a starter coffee pack and koozies for you to keep.



Our property offers: 24 hour front gate security, Heated Junior Olympic Pool with 15 person hot tub, tropical Beach, Marina, Tennis/Pickle ball courts. Enjoy the newly re opened ISLAND GRILL pool bar!



Guest Access:

You have then entire condo to yourself. We have a 24 hour self check-in service with local Vacation Rental Management Support.



The Neighborhood:

There are many areas to sit and watch the sun rise or gaze at the waves including our new tiki hut perched over the ocean. Nearby you will find Harry Harris Park. A wonderful waterfront park with playground for the kids and plenty of room to walk on the oceans edge.



Getting Around:

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 500 Burton Drive, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.

Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there so TAKE YOUR TIME. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area. You can reach Ocean Pointe by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Burton Drive at mile marker 92.5, just before the Circle K convenience store and Dairy Queen in the median. Ocean Pointe is approximately half mile down Burton drive on your right.



GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR

We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:



The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.



CAR PARKING

Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to the unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.



Other Things to Note:

For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay.



Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.

Everything was truly amazing. It was exactly as listed, so beautiful, relaxing and convenient. The pool and hot tub were lovely. LOVED all the lounge chairs by the beach access. Totally out of the control of the hosts of this condo, but I wish the beach access had been just a little bit bigger. That is truly the only thing I would have changed - and that is minor. Really great stay. The hosts were excellent in sending information and super responsive. 20/10 would stay here again!

The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The hosts are exceptionally thoughtful, leaving clear instructions on how to use / where to find items, and a welcome guide with information on local attractions and restaurants. I loved the attention to detail, such as placing nightlights in the bathrooms and beach chairs. The balcony is not large, but comfortably seats two people and offers an expansive view of the ocean. Ocean Pointe is a beautiful complex with a nice pool and beach. I would definitely stay again.

The condo we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Not only was it beautifully decorated, it was fully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend stay. You can tell the owners take pride in their property, we felt like we were staying in someone’s home rather than a rental property. Our stay was great! Great location, close to the pool and still get a view of the ocean. The condo was super clean and so cutely decorated. Above and beyond communication with the management staff even checking to make sure we got in and if we needed anything. Even got cute customized coozies from the owners. My only complaint was I wish we stayed longer! One note, half the parking lot at our building was closed the entire time we were there. There was a note on the door from the property that said it was only until Friday due to roof power washing, however all the spots were blocked off for the entire weekend, so on the nights we were out we had a longer walk back to the condo (with a tired toddler lol), but it was really no big deal. Just seemed like a miscommunication from the general property management team (not the manager of this specific unit). My family agreed we would love to return! Thanks for everything!!

The property was wonderful, lovely big spacious rooms, two lovely on suites. The most comfortable beds. TVs with all channels you could wish for. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Close to the pool and bar, and a short walk from the lovely beach and marina and great resteraunt/bar.

Siblings Trip to the Keys

We were so impressed with everything about this property, the managers and our stay here. The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond. The condo was beautiful, well stocked, comfortable, and has the best location across from the pool and tennis courts. We would highly recommend this property.
