Designed with the intention of fostering quality family time in the kitchen and living room, the bedrooms offer well-appointed private spaces for both parents and children. Separate bathrooms, bedrooms equipped with built-in drawers and entertainment centers, as well as twin beds, allow for individuals or couples to have their own private space to relax and unwind.

Situated in the highly sought-after Building #4, this unit boasts the closest proximity to the ocean, offering unparalleled ocean views. Additionally, ample parking is available and the unit is conveniently located near the marina, pool, and restaurant.

With an in suite washer and dryer, full kitchen and BBQ grille close by, you are able to enjoy the Keys with your family at a reasonable cost.

BOATERS WELCOME! Onsite trailer parking and marina slips available for boats up to ~30'. Boat/trailer parking allowed during your star. Onsite launch ramp, fish cleaning station freshwater/electrical supply at docks. Reservations required thru the on-site management company.


If you're flying or driving the accessibility of this condo is tough to beat. Just over an hour from MIA airport and about 20 minutes down the Keys (after the bridge) you are able to get relaxing much sooner.

The newly renovated oceanfront condo is located in Tavernier Key, a community situated along the southern border to Key Largo and northern Islamorada . The grounds encompass over 60 acres and is situated in a tropical paradise surrounded by mangrove forest, coconut trees and the pristine turquoise waters of the Florida Keys. From dawn to dusk you can enjoy the many activities the resort has to offer or just relax in your oceanfront suite which offers beautiful ocean views.

Your vacation begins the moment you drive through our gatehouse entrance into our beautifully landscaped tropical grounds and enter your spacious two bedroom suite. This unit is in building 4, the most requested of the 5 condo buildings because its sensational ocean views. Dozens of species of birds and animals can be seen in their native habitat, such as a family of Osprey. 

The resort has an array of amenities designed for all to enjoy. A typical day can include a round of tennis followed by a swim in our huge Jr. Olympic size pool with separate whirlpool spa. Or maybe you'd prefer to get some sun and play volley ball on our private Ocean Front Beach. You can also rent a kayak and explore the surrounding keys wildlife. Then again you may just want to have a cocktail or snack at our Oceanfront Cafe & Lounge, followed by a relaxing stroll along our Private Boardwalk and Marina. These are just some of the activities you and your family can enjoy. 

Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, and wind surfing facilities. This resort truly offers you everything you could want for the perfect Keys vacation, book your week now before someone else does!

Wonderful condo in Tavernier

The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. The apt was clean and exactly as advertised. The view from the apt was beautiful and made for a peaceful and refreshing stay.It is conveniently located from US 1 as well as all other amenities in Tavernier and Key Largo, which was important for us because we were traveling with kids. The pool and the locale were awesome too. The pool is big, which was helpful as it got busy. The small beach and boardwalk behind our building were delight as well.Jennifer and Eric were warm hosts. All communication with them was easy.I would highly recommend Jenn and Eric and their condo to anyone considering a vacation in the keys.

Very nice condo and convenient location

Had a great time there, close to great restaurants in Key Largo and fishing charters in Islamorada. Close to Pennekamp park and stores as well. Very nice facility with large pool and nice little bar/pub at the marina and beach. Some refurbishment of the grounds going on under the building, but it wasn’t an issue other than looking like a work area, no noise issues during our stay. Would stay again.

Sunshine and Memories Made!

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The wildlife, the view, the sound of the ocean, the pool facilities were all fantastic. We were comfortable, had plenty of space for our family of 5, and enjoyed some home cooked meals in the kitchen. We would absolutely come back again as well as recommend the property to fitness and others. Great stay!

Lovely condo

We stayed a week & enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice & met our needs. The balcony area is small (fits 2 chairs & a small table) however the view is lovely. The saltwater pool & beach area are great. I appreciated the restaurant recommendations & had a great breakfast at Robbies.There is ample room for a family to stay in this condo. A family would have sleeping space for 6, two full bathrooms, large closets plus washer/dryer.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My family had such a great weekend away! The property was perfect for the three of us. We enjoyed the pool and the view of the ocean. The Welcome Letter that the hosts provided was extremely helpful for local restaurants and things to do! We will definitely be back!

The best equipped and beautiful condo in the Florida keys

The condo had everything that we needed for the pool ( towels, toys). The furniture was comfortable and updated. The linens were soft, there were plenty of towels and pillows. It was a very clean, safe condo and location. I would rent this condo again.

Great spot on Tavernier

Perfectly between my two favorite islands: Islamorada and Key Largo. The unit is clean, very well stocked, and the hosts responsive and helpful with any questions you may have. Their welcome letter pretty much covers it all, though. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Sun holiday

The condo was exactly as stated. Nice secure grounds. Great pool. Basketball net was an added bonus. Private beach was not the nicest we've seen but we realize now that you don't go to the Keys for the beaches. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. There was no need to contact the hosts as everything was explained and every detail was communicated. All in all we had a great holiday!

Quick stay in the keys

Great size for a family of . Accurate view of ocean view. Owners very helpful! Not as clean as we prefer, no ice maker, ceiling fan in guest room doesn't work well, amenities such as resort cafe, etc. closed and construction fencing was discouraging to see at our building. A warning of these things at booking time would have been appreciated. The 9 am check out is challenginger when you have to strip the beds.

Peaceful with Lots to Do!

We had a great stay. The rental is quiet, clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great view of the sunrise from the balcony with a cool conservation area in between the complex and ocean. We spent time at the pool, enjoyed the food at the food truck and visited the private beach twice. The owners got right back to us when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

All You Need

Great little piece of paradise. Lovely grounds, pool and small beach area. Location was great, close to many things. Unit was very clean and very well stocked. We loved our stay there. Owner was very quick to respond and very helpful with tips and suggestions. It was a great way to end our vacation immediately following a cruise as we were looking for some peace and quiet to unwind. This was perfect!

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! Check-in was easy peasy, and quick. The apartment was exactly as described/pictured. Every time I thought to myself "Oh, I wish they had such and such an item..." I would find it haha. Pool towels, pool noodles, tennis rackets, a blender...the list goes on. I also really appreciated that they had some items on hand, like a few spices, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap etc. I had been to other VRBO properties where you have to buy your own, which is such a waste when you are only staying for a week or so, so it was a really nice touch. Would definitely stay again if we ever go back to the Keys.

Great property

Condo is located on quiet key and is close to everything; John Pennekamp SP, restaurants, snorkeling, boat/katak rentals, everything you need. Check in and communication with property owner was easy. View from the condo are beautiful. We watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. There is a very nice pool and hot tub. The condo has everything you need. The washer and dryer is a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Half way to Paradise

We decided to make a trip to key west and stay half way through the keys for a couple days to break up the trip. Found this place and decided to give it a try. Have never been to the keys before and had no preconceived expectations. If I had, they would’ve been exceeded. The condo was perfect! The location was better than even key west. Quiet, slow-paced, tranquil and relaxing. Took a guided kayak tour through the mangroves on our day off there and had so much fun. Highly recommend this stay, whether for only a couple days like us, or an extended vacation. Thanks for a great stay!!!!

Nice place ,But checkout is too early cleaning survice knocked on door earlier then checkout time

The place was clean and nice location. The cafe was closed do to construction (that is Ok would have liked to have known since that was one of the reasons we picked the was place). Check out was 9am (that was started butall of our neighbors were 10) when i ask for a late checkout i was told no because they have other checking in. We were only there 3 nights check in is 5 thats 8 hours. At 8:48 we were almost ready suitcase at the door. The cleaning lady knocked, when told her we still had 10 minutes, she said the other people had a late check out, she wanted to get done.This is the 5th vacation rental I have had this year and I have never given anyone a bad review

Wonderful condo in Tavernier, in the upper Keys

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo with a direct ocean view from the balcony. We were in the Keys for our 2nd anniversary. The condo itself was well maintained, recently re-decorated with a beach/ocean theme and soft colors. The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows to choose from. The kitchen had all the basics to make simple meals. There were a variety of helpful items available e.g. a cooler for a day out, floatable for the pool, tennis rackets and balls for using the resort court and even a first aid kit. The hosts provided an email with very specific check in instructions and great information for the resort and area that enhanced our exploration of the area. We enjoyed the resort pool, hot tub, and other amenities. The only thing missing was the resort restaurant was closed for renovation while we were there. We would love to stay here again when we are back in the area.
