The Space:
This oversized condo features 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the bathroom for the Guest Bedroom is just across the bedroom door.

GETTING HERE WITHOUT A CAR
We understand that some of you will be traveling without a car. We would not recommend this, as there are many places to visit, and it could be significantly more expensive. Ride share apps such as Lyft and Uber are available in the area. Some possibilities to explore:

KEYS AIRPORT SHUTTLE provides daily door to door shuttle service to and from Key West & the Florida Keys & Miami & Ft Lauderdale airports.

The GREYHOUND KEYS SHUTTLE has daily scheduled departures from the Miami Airport to all areas in the Keys.

CAR PARKING
Parking is provided for two cars on site and is easily accessible to our unit. Please be aware that all guests must be registered prior to coming, and the plate numbers of cars provided.

The Neighborhood:
The Condominium is perfectly situated! Game fishing enthusiasts will enjoy this 'Sport Fishing Capital of the World' and Divers/Snorkelers will be amazed by the underwater beauty of John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, the first undersea park in the US.

Founders Park, just 5 minutes south, features a charming beach, walking trails and a great amphitheater. Make sure to check out the village of Islamorada website for events and concerts.

Getting Around:
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use 200 Wrenn Street, Tavernier, Florida as the address. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us from the mainland by taking the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 - Homestead/Key West. This is the Turnpike Extension that will connect you to Route US 1 in Florida City, which takes you through the Keys to Key West at the very end of US 1.
Please be aware that speed limits throughout the Florida Keys are strictly enforced. Driving Route 1 to Key West is one of the most beautiful drives there is. Please be especially careful through the Big Pine Key area as this is a Key Deer Refuge. Speed limits are reduced in this area.
You can reach Sea Gulls by following Route 1 south from Homestead, over the 20-mile causeway, past Key Largo and making a left onto Wrenn Street, traversing the Old Highway at mile marker 89.9, right before Coral Shores Highschool.

Other Things to Note:
Washers & Dryers are on each floor by the elevators. They are coin operated and you will need quarter, $2 each load. The onsite manager is able to provide change, Monday - Fridays.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find a fitness center, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
