The house is positioned one lot from the bay in highly desired Hammer Point with a magnificent view of the bay. View sunsets off the decks from April through September. This home is on a vast, oversized lot with a 100’ width at the road and lots of yard space for all your toys. The concrete dock features a set of davits (5,500 lbs each) with 29' dockage. There is instant access to the bay and ocean access 2 miles away through Tavernier Creek. There's a covered large porch and an octagon observation deck covered by a Tiki Hut across the back of the home. Other features include parking under the house. Freshly painted and new furniture throughout.
