J'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre, l'excellente literie ainsi que notre repas au restaurant qui était vraiment succulent. Le sauna est propre et le personnel très gentil. Les points que je regrette sont les suivant : Notre salle de bain avait des tâches vertes près du lavabo . rien de méchant mais étant donné que l'hôtel est neuf , il ne devrait pas y avoir ce genre de tâches. La salle de sport n'a pas de poids seulement des machines de cardio et certaines sont déjà inutilisables.(rameurs)

Westotel is an excellent hotel and I would strongly recommend. However, the breakfast situation could be improved. By 8.15 am the breakfast room was becoming untidy and the staff didn't seem to notice. On day 2 there was not enough water to boil the eggs and it was lukewarm. And no yoghurts were brought out. One person let the side down. She was sullen and didn't give the professional care that the rest of the staff did.

Réceptionnistes professionnels et aimables Il serait souhaitable que le directeur soit tout aussi correct… pour info, mon véhicule a été dégradé sur le parking de l’hôtel, dépôt de plainte a été fait et demande a la direction de l’hôtel de faire lecture des cameras pour éventuelle identification de l’auteur… 7 semaines après la demande, silence complet, pas un seul signe après plusieurs relances
