For those who love the sea, the possibility of being able to stay in a house facing the sea, bordering maritime state property. The feeling of living on the sea will remain a memory not to forget.

The structure derives from the division of a villa, located in a residential area, in two distinct apartments, directly on the sea, independent, fenced and neighboring with maritime state property. It is located in Marina di Mancaversa, south of Gallipoli-Baia Verde. Consumption of water, light and gas included in the final cost up to 4 people. Shops of all kinds, bars, pizzerias, restaurants about 150 meters. Rare condition for a structure directly on the sea. There are no urban roads between the structure and the Marina shore. Sand coves about 150 meters. The cliff is flat and easily accessible. At one km the sandy beaches of Gallipoli begin, starting from Lido Punta Pizzo which extend for about 15 km with Caribbean spisges.
