Shops of all kinds, bars, pizzerias, restaurants about 150 meters. Rare condition for a structure directly on the sea. There are no urban roads between the structure and the Marina shore. Sand coves about 150 meters. The cliff is flat and easily accessible. At one km the sandy beaches of Gallipoli begin, starting from Lido Punta Pizzo which extend for about 15 km with Caribbean spisges.
