Duplex apartment in gated community, located on the top floor (2nd), with elevator from the basement parking, very spacious and comfortably furnished with all conditions. On the entrance floor has:
 * A living / dining room with a large sofa, LCD TV with cable TV (about 100 channels), WIFI router, DVD player and table for 6 people.
* Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, electric coffee maker with permanent filter, espresso machine (for exclusive use of 'Nespresso' coffee capsules), fridge (combined) and water heater .
On the same floor is a full bathroom, a spacious bedroom with double bed, baby bed, large wardrobe and a balcony and another bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe.

At the top there is a large lounge with double bed area, child bed (single), sofa area, LCD TV with cable TV (about 100 channels), DVD player as well as toilet, dressing area and a small terrace.
