What you see is what you get. Our apartment belongs to the most exclusive condominium in the area Santa Luzia Residence. Placed in the ground floor, wheel chair access by elevator is facilitated and our shared swimming pool is also at your disposal. We also provide private parking place.
With 75m2 open plan, we provide a living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, a large corner suite, Smart TV (flat screen with USB and HDMI connection).
MEO Cable TV, Astra 19.2E Satellite TV, free WiFi, and air conditioning. Our state of the art kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a kettle, toaster, microwave and all the usual utensils. You can prepare and taste all Algarve´s fresh specialties: fish, sea-food, vegetables etc. that you can buy in Tavira local market.
If you prefer to take the meal outside, please use our private terrace.
Sleep in our bedroom is a nice experience. Our 1,6x2,0m bed with anatomic mattress provide the conditions to rest and reinvigorates you. If needed our maple will change to a nice bed.

Our apartment fully equipped, with his double swimming pool and his private parking, benefits also from a spectacular location that will allow you to visit our exciting beaches, enjoy bird watching, or appreciate our gastronomy in the surrounding restaurants.

Insect and Wildlife Info: Our home is located in a hot and humid climate that is teeming with wildlife. Depending on the time of year and the weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, love bugs or other bugs. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside our home. We do our best to prevent this from occurring and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
