Spacious luxury ground floor apartment, with swimming pool, secure underground garage for parking, full air conditioning, Wi Fi and with a south-facing terrace, which gets the sun all year round making it ideal for winter rentals. It has 2 large twin/double bedrooms, one en-suite, a spacious lounge with large sofa bed and a well-fitted kitchen. It is located in one of the nicest small developments in Cabanas just 24 apartments. Royal Cabanas Beach 1 is quiet and secure for families, yet close to all the amenities, cafes, restaurants and shops. It has a gated swimming pool, which is safe and secure. There is a tiled area , safe for children to play or sunbath immediately in front of the terrace which makes it easy to keep an eye on them a safe distance from the pool . The apartment has been finished and is kept to a high standard. It is fitted with patio doors opening on to a south-facing terrace with plants overlooking the swimming pool and garden. It is situatated 150m from the waterfront, which is a natural lagoon and nature reserve, where you can walk down the boardwalk and enjoy the lovely view. You can take a 3-minute ride on the water taxi across the lagoon to the main beach with its miles of silver sands or a short 10-minute boat ride to the beach paradise of Tavira Island with its beach bars and restaurants . Cabanas is a small village the apartment is situated in probably the best area of the town just a short walk from many local bars and family owned restaurants serving fantastic fresh local cuisine, there are also shops selling jewellery and local crafts. Everything is in easy walking distance including the supermarket which is only 200 metres away. There is a good bus and train service nearby, with the historical town of Tavira only 5 km away. The Spanish border is only 30 minutes by away by train, with the river Guardiana separating Portugal from Spain with forts either side. Definitely worth a trip. Cabanas has a friendly atmosphere and is safe for children. It is also relatively cheap to eat and drink out. The trains are regular and travel East towards Spain and West towards Faro. Seville is only a couple of hours away . There are Golf courses nearby which makes Cabanas a favourite winter destination for golfers who take advantage of our secure underground car park and south facing terrace.

Chillin in Cabanas 😎

This is a great apartment!! Very clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The ground floor makes is so easy to access the pool. The owners are quick to respond to any questions we had and our contact person Dina was fabulous to assist whenever needed. We would most definitely recommend staying here.

Family Holiday August 2021

We stayed in the apartment August 2021. We were met by the property manager and had the guided tour of the property and pool area all very efficient. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The apartment has plenty of room and two bathrooms and all mod cons you require. We especially liked the pool area which was quiet most days. The pool was very clean , it’s not full of chlorine which was great for my sons eczema. A short walk there are restaurants and bars , our favourite restaurant was Coral lovely sea food and Mare Alta bar was great for a snack and drink. A 20 minute walk to the train station and for 1.5 euro you can get to Tavira. The highlight is the beach Amazing! We had a great stay and will be back.

Nice holiday, though the patio doors need some stickers on them, as one of the girls walked into them & some decent bedding ie pillows , also we couldn’t use the pool for two days as they were repairing the paving aroound it

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Cabanas !

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Having been to Cabanas before we love the place and this apartment was in a great location to enjoy the resort. It is furnished to the highest standard and has everything you could possibly need. The apartment is spacious with a lovely terrace beside the pool which was great for our 2 children. The pool area is equipped with sun beds and it was never a problem to find room to sit. There were lots of other families staying on the complex and my kids had great fun with their new friends. There is parking directly outside which was great as we had a hire car. Instructions and arrangements to access the accommodation were easy and Jane the local agent was very helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and hopefully will do.

Gostamos muito do apartamento! local fantástico, ótima localização, estacionamento, piscina, proximidades de restaurantes, supermercados, barco para a praia. condominio calmo, apartamento com algumas falhas.... a que mais fez falta.... Máquina de café :-9 nota para a senhoras que nos recebeu, fora de horas e com uma simpatia fantástica. para voltar!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Extras

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. "Kleinigkeiten" wie eine Tischtennisschläger, eine Luftpumpe und Auflagen für die Liegen und Geschirrtabs, etc. sind besonders hervorzuheben. Auch die Rolläden fanden wir super. Einziges Mako die Betten und die vielen Schnaken. Und wir haben festgestellt, dass es uns der Fels-Algarve besser gefällt. Aber das ist ja unabhängig von der Wohnung.
