Friendly staff. He gave us a quiet room away from the road. Good bed. I appreciated that the are not using little plastc bottles in the shower - instead have large wall mounted dispensers.

Very friendly staff. Hallways lacked a lil cleaning and they also had a odor to them. The grounds needed a lil picking up. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms were stocked nice. Pool area was clean very nice lobby.
Place was easy to find, affordable and my kids loved the slides that were in the pool area. Could use some upkeep in the rooms and building but for the price it was what I expected. Beds comfortable.
Between making the reservation and actually staying at the hotel ownership changed. When we arrived, we found a lot of work being done to the facility. We did not stay as the room we were given appeared to be still under remodeling. Nice people and I am sure once they are done it will be a nice facility. The price did not reflect this inconvience.
For the charge per night, I expected it to be... not so rundown. The slides in the pool were inch
awesome for kids! But, everything - every square inch - needed to be repaired, repainted or updated or something. The remote for the tv wouldn't even work half the time. Had to remove the batteries and put them back in. The beds were terrible. Threadbare carpet. Dirty trim. Never again sight unseen.

Large rooms and private feeling. Nice location across from the beach. Incorrect address was listed on the website. I ended up driving 15 minutes north of the location then having to drive 20 minutes back to the correct location after some research to find it. Other gusts stated the same thing happened to them. Address needs updating!
Made reservations online. Tried called hotel to add a day or early check in called 15 times over a 12 hour period, emailed them nothing. How can a busy operate without a way for customers to contact them. I even checked multiple websites for a different number. It was the phone on recipt
Dirty room, food on night stand so we ended up wiping down everything on our own, carpets are dirty, smells bad when you walk in, nobody answers the phone at the front desk, not enough towels or paper products for the length of stay, ran out of toilet paper and called 3 times over a day to get someone to bring some, instead of a normal blanket, there was a duvet cover with a sheet over it, air conditioning kept turning off randomly
